We're on Lexington Avenue in downtown Asheville. Closed Mondays so the bakers can rest — every other day the ovens are lit before we open.

Everything sells while supplies last. Reserve ahead and we’ll set it aside under your name.
Order-ahead, daily
Reserve loaves, pastries, and cookies by 8pm the night before for next-day pickup. We set them aside under your name.
Saturday loaves
Saturday is our biggest bake. Pre-orders close Friday at 8pm — after that it’s first-come at the case, and it moves fast.
Custom cakes
72 hours’ notice for standard custom cakes; 3–4 weeks for tiered & wedding cakes, with a tasting.
Holiday ordering
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter orders open 3 weeks out and close early — watch the board and our Instagram for cutoff dates.
