Lead time
Custom cakes need at least 72 hours’ notice; tiered & wedding cakes 3–4 weeks. Rush orders inside the window add a 25% fee when the schedule allows.
Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your order; the balance is due at pickup. Wedding cakes require a signed order form and a tasting.
Cancellation
Cancel 72+ hours before pickup for a full refund of the deposit; inside 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable, as ingredients are already sourced.
Pickup
All custom cakes are pickup at 48 Lexington Ave during open hours. Local delivery for tiered/wedding cakes can be arranged for a fee.
